Have You Received A Judgement From A Company Creditor?November 4th, 2016
“We’ve received a Judgement from a Company Creditor – what happens now?”
Well, receiving a Judgement is not going to have a good effect on your business. You need to decide quickly how to handle this and how viable your business actually is. If you can’t pay the Judgement debt in full, you need to consider one of the following: one, is the business viable if you did some form of restructure, i.e. a voluntary administration or informal work-out? Two, if you believe the business isn’t viable, you should probably look at a controlled exit in the business through a voluntary liquidation; three, or if it’s increased cash flow that you need, you may want to look at finance and Australian Debt Solvers has funds and can help with all forms of finance including short-term.
So whatever you’re considering, give us a call. We’ve pretty much seen all scenarios, so I’m sure we can help. So please call 1300 789 499 today.
